Identical to the standard Racing Set except you get to choose from ten
different colors for the sides of the Uprights. NAFA rules allow teams to
color or logo the side of their uprights and still be within regulation.
All hurdles and uprights are made of industry standard 13mm Sintra®,
an expanded PVC plastic material that is extremely durable and maintenance
free. Unlike wood, Sintra®
jumps won't warp or weather over time from contact with water.
All exposed corners and edges are rounded to protect dogs and handlers.
Handcrafted using state-of-the-art tools. Inspected for the highest quality
and workmanship. Large round hole handles for better ergonomics.
As Sintra®
is not a material that takes paint or any other type of colorant very well,
designer Peter Chan has perfected a technique of laminating the sides of each
upright with a thin sheet of colored Sintra®
material. The process is labor intensive and requires almost twice the amount
of material, but the end result is a jump that is even more durable, still
maintenance free, and 100% Sintra®
.
Personalize your set in color!
IMPORTANT: Because the sides are thicker, due to the coloring process,
the 7" base slat along with all ordered accessories used with the colored
racing set will be dimensioned to accommodate the new uprights. These items
will not fit as snugly on the original racing set, but will be functional.
